| Abstract | The Civil Division of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) presented awards druing their Third Annual Dinner to winners of the best 'Civil Engineering Papers' of 1998. This special annual event, initiated two years ago, aims to enhance the exchange of information and ideas among members for the advancement of civil engineering as well as to share experiences with citizens of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR), and promote the HKIE's image. |
