AbstractAs it becomes increasingly difficult to find budgets for brochures, trade shows, seminars, free samples, advertising and direct mailers, and more efforts are focused on the extremely lucrative "target audience", the Internet has now become a marketers' must. Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and China will shortly rival Japan, which has long been the leader in Asian Internet penetration. The article features the reasons for the trend, and gives advice on paving the road to the Internet.
