| Abstract | Hepatitis A is the most prevalent form of acute hepatitis in Hong Kong. From 1990 to 1996, it represented 54-83% of cases of viral hepatitis notified to the Department of Health. The article examines whether Hepatitis A vaccination should be voluntary or universal. |
