| Abstract | Corporate travel agencies in Hong Kong are demanding more of their computerised reservations systems (CRS) to meet the increasingly sophisticated requirements of their clients. CRSs in turn are scrambling to meet the agencies' needs, fully realising that a failure may cost them the account. The article looks at how CRS needs of corporate travel agencies have changed in Hong Kong, causing some of them to review their present systems. |
