| Abstract | Each month, the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Hong Kong) (SPCA) inspectors are called on to rescue around 50 animals or birds, often from very difficult situations. In November 1997, the Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB) captured two of these rescues on film and included them in its popular "Focus on Focus" programme. |
