| Abstract | The Mass Transit Railway (MTR) Corporation welcomes the Executive Council's endorsement of the draft Project Agreement to be signed between the Hong Kon Special Administrative Region (SAR) Government and the Corporation on the Tseung Kwan O Extension (TKE). This latest development is another step forward towards the building of a much needed mass transit system to serve the ever-increasing population in the new town of Tseung Kwan O. The Corporation is confident the project can be completed in December 2002. |
