AbstractThe 'Friends of the Road' loyalty program is the result of a strategic alliance between Shell Hong Kong and Commercial Radio. Motorists receive tips on traffic and assistance in emergency situations, and have the opportunity to meet up with well-known disc jockeys at Shell's filling stations. All at the cost of one 'card swipe' per month.
