| Abstract | The industrial city of Tianjin, just southeast of Beijing, is known as a centre for high-tech and Research and Development (R&D) industries, and has seen an accompanying rise in international bussiness developments. Hong Kong's SL&A Architects have designed a number of large mixed-use complexes in the region. Its design for the Pacific Economic Cooperation Committee (PECC) International Investment and Trade Centre is introduced in the article. |
