| Abstract | The statistics released by the Hong Kong Tourist Association suggest the growth rate of hotel rooms is expected to transcend the growth rate of visitor arrivals in the few years after 1997. The possibility of oversupply after 1997 may lead some developers to convert their planned hotel development into serviced apartments, according to a report to be issued by Chesterton Petty's Research Development Department. |
