| Abstract | The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) published a consultation paper on a new Fund Manager Code of Conduct (FMCC) on 10 September 1997. This article introduces the development and objectives of the FMCC. While much of the proposed FMCC is a consolidatin of existing requirements, there are some new requirements which are also covered in this article. |
