| Abstract | The entire Productivity Plus Program (3P) project has taken 3 years to accomplish, of which Aaron Mak, Manager - Information Technology had devoted tremendous effort to the project and brought the 3P concept alive. Over the 13 months before 1997, he encountered troublesome technical issues and thorny management challenges. His experience in delivering such a large-scale computerization project is definitely an inspiration to the rest of other information technology (IT) practitioners. |
