| Abstract | For those interested in Chinese affiars via the Internet, the handing over of Hong Kong to China has sprouted a profusion of stimulating initiatives. Most of the Websites devoted to it do not only provide a very rich source of documentation, but also reflect different viewpoints and the diversity of approaches to which this event is giving rise. It has seemed to us necessary to give an outline of what belongs to propaganda propaganda and thererby give some order to this anarchic proliferation. |
