AbstractShipping companies with overseas connections could sometimes be deemed a "24-hour company" because of the different time zones in which they operate. A local company in Hong Kong that wants to make itself accessible to its customers on a 24-hour basis can use the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) solution. A brief introduction of IVR is provided in this article.
