| Abstract | The pharmaceutical services provided by most Hospital Authority (HA) hospitals have made great progress over the last five years. The implementation of various systems such as Computerized Labeling System, Medication Administration Records, Computerized Automatic Refill System, Medication Ordering Entry, Express Dispensing System...... has greatly increased the efficiency of dispensing, providing great quantitative improvements. On the other hand, there are different criteria to measure the quality of pharmaceutical services, among which medication safety is the most basic and important one. |
