| Abstract | To help the information technology industry prepare for the ISO 9001 certification, the Software Technology Facilities Centre (STFC) of the Department of Computing (COMP) at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University has developed an ISO 9001 certification software tool which automates the establishment of ISO 9001 conforming quality control processes.
