| Abstract | The progress of the Extension to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre has been closely followed by press hounds hungry for a last-minute hitch which would foil the planned handover ceremony - and create a suitably sensational front page splash. Against the odds, however, the joint venture team of Dragages et Travaux Publics and Hip Hing completed the Extension on time.
