| Abstract | In this article, the author makes known his expectations on the future Special Administrative Region government. According to the author, the future government does not need a great deal of political know-how, but should have the ability to maintain economic prosperity, guarantee stability and implement the Basic Law. The future government may also have to prepare itself for internal conflicts, such as those between political radicals and moderates or between employers and labour unions. |
