| Abstract | In this article, the author gives his opinion on people's right to comment on the administration of justice in Hong Kong. An example featured is the case in which Justice Wally Yeung presided over the trial of Henfrey Tin, best known to the Hong Kong public through his friendship with Alex Tsui, who was sacked by the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) for continuing the association. Tin's friends, including Tsui criticized the legal system for being unfair. |
