| Abstract | Increasingly, firms need to communicate with their overseas offices and clients, in written Chinese. Also, clients are beginning to demand that firms use e-mail because it is more convenient and avoids costly fax disbursements. There have, however, been a number of practical difficulties that have stood in the way of Chinese language e-mail. These difficulties have largely been overcome by a new software product called Zi Mail. |
