| Abstract | A review is conducted to examine the pattern of burn injuries in children and their management outcome within the community served by United Christian Hospital. Burn injury is an important cause of morbidity. Most cases are potentially avoidable and preventive strategies should be geared towards procuring a safer home environment and educating persons taking care of children. Non-accidental burn seemingly was uncommon but this could have been the result of under-documentation. |
