AbstractBetween 26-27 January 1997, the World Pastry Cup was held in Lyons, France, and taking part for the first time was a team of three chefs from Hong Kong. They are Thomas Lui from the JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong, Johnny Chan from the Hotel Nikko and Roger Luk from The Harbour Plaza Hotel.
