| Abstract | This article reports on the plans of the Federation of Hong Kong Hotel Owners in enhancing the development of the tourism and hotel industries. The speech by its chairman Lui Che Woo, at its 1996 Annual General Meeting is also given. The plan of the Federation in overturning a number of policy changes and fee increased proposed by the government is outlined in the speech. |
