| Abstract | Chinese Television Network (CTN) has reaffirmed its commitment to Hong Kong following recent management and financial reshuffles, according to the network's newly-appointed chief executive officer, Mr Yen Chen. Mr Yen stated that the plans to restructure CTN's internal management in order to improve efficiency and communication with staff. He added that human resources, not money, was the crucial factor in the TV business. |
