| Abstract | The Shangdong Posts and Telecommunications Administration (PTA) has signed a contract with Ericsson on the 7th expansion of the global system for mobile communications (GSM) network in the province. The number of mobile phone subscribers in the province now stands at 390,000 including 95,000 GSM subscribers. |
