| Abstract | In April 1993 Legislative Council set up a sub-committee on Separate Legislation for the Mentally Handicapped. It is important that all legal provisions for mentally handicapped persons should be written clearly and specified explicitly. This is essential if we are to avoid confusion caused by lack of knowledge about mental handicap and/or mental illness. |
