| Abstract | Hofex 97, Asia's leading international hotel, food service and beverage trade show will be covering three levels of the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from 6-9 May 1997. Hofex 97 will be the biggest ever show in its ten year histroy with a fully booked hall and a waiting list for would-be exhibitors. Hofex 97 embraces five specialist shows, including Hospitality Interiors and Tableware 97, Hotex Asia 97, Bakery and Confectionery Asia 97, Wine and Spirits Asia 97 and the Asian International Seafood Show 97. |
