| Abstract | Ruby Tuesday is a chain of American themed restaurants. It first hit the territory in 1995 in Ocean Terminal. The second opened in May 1996 in Century Square, slap bang in the middle of Central. Both were designed by Asia Project Services Limited (APS) who are actively seeking premises for a third restaurant. Architectural designer for APS, Mathew Parkes, describes going to a Ruby Tuesday restaurant as "an American dining experience." The article features the interior design of the restaurants. |
