| Abstract | The 5-Year Strategic Plan of the Hong Kong Arts Development Council (HKADC) is gradually taking shape and will soon be presented to the public for consultation. The Plan outlines the directions and strategic goals for the HKADC in the five years spanning 1996-2001. The plan was fine-tuned by the Arts Committees for final endorsement by Council on 21 June 1995. |
