| Abstract | The Environmental Campaign Committee (ECC) has set up a School Waste Paper Recycling Scheme which takes waste paper from schools and sends it to a local mill for recycling. Launched jointly with the Education Department in December 1994 and sponsored by Jusco Stores (HK) Company Limited, the scheme runs a competition to see which schools can collect the most waste paper by weight. So far some 300 schools have participated and they are now invited to enter a similar competition. |
