| Abstract | When the slogan "Environmental Protection Starts With Me" was launched in 1989, most Hong Kong people were ignorant of the territory's environmental problems. Now 75 per cent of people are taking green actions in their daily lives - a tribute to the efforts of the Environmental Campaign Committee (ECC) and others who are working to improve the environment. The Activities Report on the ECC's work outlines how the ECC has acted on its mission to increase environmental awareness and galvanise people into action. |
