| Abstract | Engineering, as the author believes, had become such a diverse and complex subject that it was no longer possible to teach students everything about one engineering discipline, let alone the entire field. The increased cost and complexity of projects and the greater incursion of technology into everyday life has resulted in public dissatisfaction with the uncomprehending spokesman relying on a brief. The author also shows his response in a brief note of not being elected to the Provisional Legislature. |
