| Abstract | Hong Kong's service industries have a rosy future ahead, at least in the immediate years after the change of sovereignty in 1997. W.K. Chan, Secretary General, Hong Kong Coalition of Service Industries, believes that the years between 1997 and 2000 are likely to create a positive psychology in consumer behaviour, and these industries will be buoyed by strong positive sentiments. |
