| Abstract | Dozens of parents take their children daily to the nursery at Ko Nga Court, a Land Development Corporation redevelopment in Sai Ying Pun, then go to work secure in the knowledge their offspring will be well taken care of. Facilities such as the day nursery at Ko Nga Court are known as Government/Institution/Community (GIC) facilities. They are provided in Land Development Corporation redevelopments at the request of the government and offer a range of services for all residents of the district. |
