AbstractSalary increments in Hong Kong are likely to fall within the eight per cent range proposed by the 4As, while Singapore is likely to average five per cent. Most advertising candidates in Hong Kong are now less concerned about large pay rises than moving somewhere which offers good prospects, according to Morgan & Banks Hong Kong managing director Kiki Yau. In Hong Kong, meanwhile, there has been widespread support and commendation of the Hong Kong 4As decision to recommend a salary increase threshold of eight per cent.
