| Abstract | The Quality Supervision and Testing Center of Mobile Communications Products (QSTCMCP) under the MEI has been approved as the only State-level laboratory for testing import and export telecom products. The list of import and export commodities subject to inspection by the commodity inspection authorities published by the State Administration for the Inspection of Commodities in April 1995 became effective on 1 July of the same year. |
