| Abstract | The International Curriculum Conference, 1995, was jointly organized by the Department of Curriculum Studies at the University of Hong Kong (DCS) and the Curriculum Development Institute of the Education Department, and sponsored by the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). The Conference was a result of the desire of DCS and the Curriculum Development Institute (CDI) staff to collaborate in the development of key curriculum issues. The International Curriculum Conference was attended by nearly four hundred educators from countries such as Australia, New Zealand, France, Holland and Norway, as well as those from within the region. A report on the Conference is provided in this article. |
