| Abstract | After two years of declines, Hong Kong's real estate market is booming again. It is good news for developers as well as speculators. Peter Churchouse, director of research at investment bank Morgan Stanley, estimates mass-market prices to have risen 20% to 25% in 1996, after falling about 30% in 1995. In this article, Churchouse with some experts and government officials give their opinion on Hong Kong's real estate market. |
