| Abstract | The Mass Transit Railway Corporation announced in May 1996 that it had strengthened its system of crowd control at Tsuen Wan Line with the objective of minimising congestion on platforms and in trains. The enhanced system would be brought into effect during any periods when irregulatives in train service schedules are predicted or when congestion is evident at key Tsuen Wan Line Stations. |
