| Abstract | The People's Bank of China in Hubei province has made substantial progress in the construction of a financial computer network. The construction has been carried out under the guide line mapped out by the Head Office of the People's Bank of China to the effect that network should cover all counties by using both SATCOM and land telecom facilities and fast transmission system should be built with services offered in a coordinated manner. |
