| Abstract | The U.S. Semi-Conductor Company announced that it would set up an international headquarters for China/Hong Kong region based mainly on its business in China. Dr. Yeng Paul Wang was appointed vice president of the U.S. Semi-Conductor Company and general manager for China/Hong Kong region. To reinforce its operation in China/Hong Kong region, the U.S. company has set up in Shanghai its second office in China. At the same time, its advanced technology center in Shanghai has started operation. The technology center will focus its attention on the research, development and application of micro controller. |
