| Abstract | In this new regulatory environment, the overall demand for both domestic and international Internet services expects to go on soaring in the major four national public and private-use online networks, as well as in the regional public and private networks, as well as in the regional public and private networks under the MPT, MEI, SEC and CAS. The new mandates aim to streamline the Internet service provision market in a way that the economies of scale and scope can be positively achieved through the channeled supplies by only four networks sources, thus, to primarily meet the needs for fast exchanges of information and data of government, business, education, science and technology. |
