| Abstract | The State Council has issued a notice to reaffirm that the importation of production facilities for making digital SPC exchanges or mobile communication equipment must be strictly controlled. The notice stipulates that any firms which have signed agreement to import such production line without the permission of the State must cease to carry out the transaction immediately; otherwise no bank credit, import permit, or any other kind of licensing can be given. |
