| Abstract | In 1996 according to a decision of MPT, the Dalian-Harbin, Zhengzhou-Jinan and Guangzhou-Nanning national optic-fiber trunks will be built with self-raised funds ahead of prescribed time. Located in North, Central and South China, the three trunks will play an important role in promoting the economic development in areas along the trunks and in improving China's digital communications network. |
