| Abstract | The Heilongjiang PTA signed on March 8, 1996 a contract with Ericsson (China) on the expansion of GSM (global system for mobile communications) system in the province. The GSM switching equipment used for the establishment of two GSM exchanges in Qiqihar and Mudanjiang as well as for the expansion of GSM system in Harbin and Daqing are imported. |
