| Abstract | The Polytechnic University will confer honorary doctoral degrees on three distinguished personalities at the second Congregation to be held on 19 November 1996. They are Professor Louis Cha, renowned novelist and former newspaper publisher, Sir Harry, well known for the pioneering advances he has made in spinal surgery as well as his dedication to rehabilitation for the disabled, and Professor Zhu, for his immense contributions to the advancement of science and technology in China. |
