| Abstract | Major quotas on economic benefit and telecom capability will increase by six times and five times respectively compared to that of 1980. Per capita quota will reach or surpass the national average. In terms of overall benefit, Shandong will move into the ranks of advanced provinces. By the year 2000, PT service volume and service income of the province will both reach 17 billion RMB yuan, increasing at an average rate of 26% annually. |
