| Abstract | The author's school is one of the School Management Initiative schools. He has reviewed the operation of the school and the initiatives launched by the school and wish to share his personal feelings for these new initiatives. He thinks that the school should have a systematic way of handling all sorts of sundry issues. Co-operation among staff members is the key to success. He expresses his opinions on school management. |
