| Abstract | One of Grover Dear's design projects is the epitome of what has fast become the hallmark of Archasia - space-saving elegance. Working closely with his associates, Grover, managing director of the architectural firm, drew on his talent and years of experience to create a comfortable apartment that is both elegant and functional. With an emphasis on achieving a harmonious balance of proportions, Archasia made a number of structural changes, reforming the layout of the rooms and windows to maximise the 2,000-square-foot space. This article looks at how Grover mixes the east and west reigns in this elegant mid-levels home. |
