| Abstract | Barcelona is the capital of Catalonia and was the host for XIX Congress International Union of Architects from 2 to 6 July, 1996; and for the official delegates the Assembly for reports and elections from 7 to 9 July 1996. However, the author, who has a talk with Barry Will on "High Density Development in Hong Kong", thinks that from official opening to closing ceremony was badly run and too many activities held at various places scattered all over a big city. |
