| Abstract | The Kai Shing Court and Wah Sum Estate are located in the southern part of the Fanling and Sheung Shui new town in Hong Kong and to the east is the Fanling Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation Station. A major open space acts as the focus of the whole estate where basketball courts, volleyball courts, badminton courts and children play areas are established. An open theatre with sitting terrace is also provided as a focal attraction for external activities. |
